Create an environment; without --gateway-url, guide setup and sign-in

Usage: airs env create [OPTIONS] [NAME]

Arguments:
  [NAME]
          Environment name. Guided setup prompts when omitted

Options:
      --gateway-url <GATEWAY_URL>
          AIRS inference API root. Omit to open guided setup

      --credential-env <CREDENTIAL_ENV>
          Environment variable containing the workspace credential (not its value)
          
          [default: AIRS_API_KEY]

      --context-window <CONTEXT_WINDOW>
          Local context budget in tokens. Does not change the gateway/model limit
          
          [default: 1000000]

      --model <MODEL>
          Authorized explicit @provider/model entries. Repeat to add entries

      --allow-http-loopback
          Permit plain HTTP only for a loopback test gateway

          Print help
